Mundus Maharlika: The Maharlikanon Lore
(From the Rise of the Maharlikans ongoing graphic novel: https://mixd.cc/series/rise-of-the-maharlikans/) COSMOLOGY OF THE MHARLICRAN UNIVERSE In this universe, the perceived stars, planets, galaxies, and everything else that occupies the cosmos are not actual celestial bodies or cosmic matters. They are rather scattered essences of dead gods. Furthermore, every soul that departs from the realm of the living becomes part of the great expanse, thus contributing to the growth of the universe (e.g. Bathala’s Taliwala realm or The In-Between where all Maharlikan souls reside is part of the universe). Beyond the borders is where the Supreme Creator, Cahitas’an, dwells. He employs the Sagadah Dragons, the primordial gods, His heralds if you will, to govern the cosmos. On the other hand, encircling and guarding its edges are Cahitas'an's seraphs called the Vantahyi.
